Last week we introduced our new Executive Chef, Sean O’Connell and shared his vision for turning the resort into a world class dining destination.  This week, we want to introduce you to his food!

Chef O’Connell has prepared a new 4 course tasting menu to showcase his take on contemporary California cuisine, infused with flavors from around the world.  The tasting menu is available starting this Thursday, February 17th for only $49.95 per person.  And because we knew you wouldn’t be able to resist if we showed you the dishes, here is the menu and tantalizing images of each course!

Soup Course
