Chef O’Connell’s New Spring 4 Course Menu at Rancho Mirage’s bluEmber

New Executive Chef Sean O’Connell has created a spring edition of his popular 4 course tasting menu. The menu is served nightly at bluEmber, one of the premier restaurants in Rancho Mirage, and priced at $49 per person.

“Our spring 4 course menu was designed to be a little lighter with the warmer desert temperatures,” said Chef O’Connell.  “If you enjoyed items on the previous version, not to worry as many of those dishes have been added to the regular menu and can be ordered a la carte.  We look forward to welcoming you to bluEmber and hope you enjoy the tasting menu.  Cheers!”
